Delivery Policy

Moscow Batteries delivers car, bike, inverter/UPS and e-rickshaw batteries within 10km of our Daryaganj shop, and repair inverters anywhere in Delhi. Delivery is usually same-day, but can take until the next working day depending on load — it's never guaranteed same-day.

How delivery works

This isn't courier shipping — one of our own people hand-delivers the battery. There's no separate online delivery fee shown at checkout; delivery timing and any charges outside our usual 10km area are confirmed directly on WhatsApp before your order is dispatched.

Orders paid online

Online payment only confirms your order — it does not book a delivery slot automatically. After you pay, we call you on the phone number you provided to confirm the exact delivery timing. This is usually the same day, but can take until the next working day. Online ordering is currently only available for addresses within our existing delivery-pincode list.

Delivery area

We regularly deliver to areas within 10km of Daryaganj — see the full list on our delivery areas page. If your pincode isn't on that list, WhatsApp us anyway — we can often still work something out, we just can't guarantee same-day timing.

Fitting and installation

For car, bike and e-rickshaw batteries, our delivery includes fitting the battery into your vehicle at the time of delivery, where practical. Inverter batteries and inverter repairs are handled by a technician visit, timed separately with you on WhatsApp.

Tracking your order

Since orders are hand-delivered locally and confirmed by WhatsApp rather than tracked through a courier network, you won't get a tracking number — instead, whoever confirmed your order on WhatsApp will update you directly on timing.
