Privacy Policy

Ravinder Khurana, trading as Moscow Batteries ("we", "us") operates this website to help customers in Delhi find the right car, bike, inverter or e-rickshaw battery, and to reach us by phone or WhatsApp. This policy explains what information we collect and how it's used.

What we collect

We don't require you to create an account to browse this site. When you use the battery finder, search terms and the vehicle type/make/model you look up are logged without any personal identifier, purely to work out which batteries are most in demand and show that on the homepage. If you enter a pincode in the delivery check, it's used only to tell you whether your area is in our usual delivery list — it isn't stored against your identity.

When you click "WhatsApp us", "Call now" or a similar button, you leave this site and the conversation happens directly on WhatsApp or your phone's dialler — we only see what you choose to tell us there, same as any phone call or WhatsApp chat with a shop.

Analytics and advertising

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand which pages are useful, Google Ads to measure the result of our ads, and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel to measure our social media ads. These services may set cookies or use similar technology in your browser and are governed by Google's and Meta's own privacy policies. We use the data in aggregate — to see which battery pages get visited, not to identify you individually.

Online payments

If you choose to pay online via a Razorpay Payment Link for an order confirmed on WhatsApp, your payment details are entered directly on Razorpay's own secure payment page — we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details on our servers. Razorpay's own privacy policy governs that part of the transaction.

Your rights

Since we don't hold customer accounts or a database of personal profiles, there isn't a login-based data export/delete flow — but if you'd like to know what, if anything, we hold about you, or want something removed, WhatsApp or call us at 8527267799 and we'll sort it out directly.
